How to start a remote support session:

Current Solutions uses TeamViewer as a means of connecting remotely to computers for troubleshooting purposes. Should you be asked to set up a remote session, by one of our knowledgeable support representative, simply follow the following 3 steps:

Step 1

Click on the "Remote Support" icon below.

Step 2

Run the newly downloaded "RemoteSupport.exe" file.

It is not uncommon for an "Open File - Security Warning" box to appear. If this happens, simply select the "Run" option.

Step 3

Provide the displayed credentials to your Support Representative.

Simply provide the information displayed under the "Your ID" and "Password" sections, to your Current Solutions Support Representative.
